Your workday has enough moving parts.

An office does not stop at the helpdesk ticket. Someone still has a client to call, a proposal to finish or a new employee to welcome. Managed IT brings support and the administration behind it into an ongoing relationship, so your team has a place to turn when technology gets in the way.

01

Support for the way your office works

Start with the systems your people depend on: workstations, email, shared files, cloud accounts and the office network. Big City IT provides remote support and coordinates local onsite help in Broward and Miami-Dade when the work needs an in-person visit.

02

Less chasing, clearer ownership

An internet provider, phone company, printer vendor or software support team may be part of the solution. Vendor coordination keeps those conversations connected to the issue your office needs resolved. Documenting the environment makes each handoff easier to understand.

03

A repeatable process for people and access

New starters, role changes and departures should have a clear process. Account administration, device setup and documented responsibilities help an office handle those changes without relying on whoever remembers the last fix.

A CLEAR WAY TO START

From the first conversation to a practical plan.

  1. 01

    Understand the office

Map your people, devices, accounts and the issues that keep coming back.

  2. 02

    Agree the support

Define responsibilities, priorities and the work included in your arrangement.

  3. 03

    Plan the handover

Coordinate access, documentation and vendor contacts before responsibilities change.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Questions worth asking.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

We can discuss the transition, including account ownership, existing documentation, vendors and current commitments. The handover should be planned around your business before access or responsibilities change.

Is onsite support the same as a full-time onsite technician?

No. Local visits for work that needs an in-person presence are different from dedicated onsite staffing. If your office needs a full-time technician, discuss that requirement with our team so it can be scoped separately.
