What you share with us

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company and team size. You can also include your phone number, office location, service interest and a message. Optional fields can be left blank. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive account information.

Technical details included with an inquiry

When you submit the form, the website also attempts to include:

• Your public IP address and approximate city, region and country based on that address.
• Reported device type, operating system, browser version and browser user agent.
• Browser language, time zone, screen and browser-window dimensions, and submission time.
• The website page you submitted from, excluding query parameters and the part after a # symbol.

IP-based location is approximate and can be inaccurate. The form does not request GPS access. Technical details may be unavailable; you can still send your inquiry.

How your inquiry reaches us

Big City IT uses the information you send to review your needs and respond to your inquiry. FormSubmit handles form delivery and sends the submitted information to our inquiry inbox. This website does not create a customer account or maintain a separate database of form submissions.

Vercel hosts the website, processes connection information to serve it, and supplies the IP and approximate location details used by the inquiry form. These providers process information under their own privacy policies:

Website tracking and outside links

This website currently has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics integration. Hosting and form providers may keep operational records under their own policies. Links to Google reviews and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
